The Slate tiles we have in our dining and kitchen area had very old solvents that no other company was able to remove. The job your team did to reseal my kitchen floors was excellent. Much appreciated and recommended to others.

stone bathroom floor

  • Q: How long does it take to dry?
  • A: It will normally take 24 hours for the sealer to fully cure in a normal day in Melbourne, and that is fully settled when you can put back everything back into place. It takes 4 hours to touch dry that is nothing hard can be moved on the tiles and grout, as it needs at least 24 hours to fully cure.
    • Q: How often should polish be applied to my vinyl / lino floor?
    • A: The polish is the uppermost layer of your vinyl or linoleum flooring that prevents dirt and liquids from penetrating and staining the floor. It should be reapplied regularly. While some companies recommend that this be done once or twice per year, others once every several damp cleanings and the rest as the appearance dictates, the truth is it should be done periodically, at least twice a year.
      • Q: What is the process I can expect when you come to reseal my vinyl / lino floors?
      • A: Our professional team will go through the job processes step by step so you know exactly what your getting . The process of stripping the floor is to ensure that all the old sealer is removed. The floor is then thoroughly cleaned and neutralised so that it is free of dust, residue and anything else that can affect the new sealer. The new sealer is then applied to the dry floor and allowed to set. The newly sealed floor will not only look as new again, it will also protect the vinyl surface for longer and make it much easier to clean.
